Qualifications

• 1+ years of strong prospecting skills including researching, qualifying, identifying prospects needs, presenting, handling objections, and negotiating.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver\'s license and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the prospecting process and set qualified 1st-time appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Maintain timely Salesforce data for Prospect, Contact, Account and Opportunity.
• Accurately measure employees using proper sizing kits and safely drive a personal vehicle to appointments.
• Establish and maintain a professional company image through sales techniques and customer relations.
• Attend and participate in Company, Department and team meetings.
• Collaborate with Sr. Rep to strategize, set daily plans and follow up on prospects.
