Job summary

Avnet, a Fortune 500 technology distributor, is seeking an entry-level electrical/electronics engineer to join the sales team. You will help drive the design chain value proposition through registrations and design wins with customers pursuing innovative product design.

This role requires collaboration with engineering teams from both customers and suppliers, providing pre- and post-sales support, and delivering tailored solutions to grow the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Less than 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
Willing to relocate for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Develop technical account penetration strategies in assigned markets, showcasing new products and technologies to customers.
Collaborate in supplier/customer design conversations, offering technical insights to support pre-component selection and solution development.
Identify customer design requirements from system level to individual components with senior FAEs.
Promote supported product lines and drive adoption to boost design activity, wins and sales growth.
Identify and monitor high-value design opportunities from concept to production.
