Job summary

Conterra is seeking a Service Delivery Junior Project Management Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate fulfillment of customer orders for a facilities-based telecommunications provider, serving as the central contact across engineering, construction, and billing teams.

You will manage multiple client projects, schedule deployments, and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with field services and technicians. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level coordination for fulfillment of customer orders.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and coordinating departments.
• Create plans and schedules for deployment based on customer input.
• Manage multiple client projects with shifting priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver fiber services.
• Oversee installation execution with field services and technicians.
• Document completed installations and close orders with billing.
• Handle post-installation work and Day-2 documentation.
• Guide and influence team members and colleagues.
