Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. You will help ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in telecom or related fields, familiarity with project scheduling, and strong communication skills. The role offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, construction, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
• Familiarity with milestone‑driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
• Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
• Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.
• Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.
• Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.
• Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope.
