Job summary

Conterra Ultra Broadband is seeking a Service Delivery Junior Project Management Coordinator to coordinate customer orders for fiber services. You will act as the main point of contact across engineering, construction, installation, testing, and billing to ensure timely delivery and successful deployment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and data-entry accuracy, with a preference for telecom carrier experience. A high school diploma is required, with a BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level coordination for fulfillment of customer orders.
• Serve as central contact between customer and engineering/construction teams.
• Plan and schedule deployment based on customer input and input from engineering.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver fiber services and complete installations.
• Document completed installations and close orders with billing.
