Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years federal HR experience as equivalent.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with US residency requirements.
• Ability to travel by air when required and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process personnel and payroll actions and related documentation.
• Manage calendars, screen calls, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare agendas, prepare correspondence and spreadsheets.
• Maintain employee files and respond to applicants with HR guidance.
• Provide administrative support to managers and program staff.
• Assist in pay, leave, and time-collection processes and FERCCA cases.
• Support research on federal HR topics and prepare evaluation reports.
