Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resource Specialist to apply advanced federal HR expertise across staffing, classification, benefits, recruitment, compensation, SES programs, and policy support for DHS ICE's Office of Human Capital.

You will develop SOPs, map workflows, design reports from NFC and agency databases, and implement internal controls to enhance accountability and transparency in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• 10 years of federal HR experience (federal employee or contractor).
• Delegated Examining Certification and HRM Certification.
• Knowledge of Health and Human Services guidelines for federal drug testing; valid driver's license; able to travel by air.
• U.S. citizen or LPR and must reside in the United States or territories; 3+ years in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Research HR policy, write new policies, edit existing policies, and provide broad guidance.
• Develop, document and implement SOPs.
• Review HR workflow, map processes, and streamline workflow.
• Design and produce reports using NFC and other databases; implement internal controls.
• Conduct workforce studies such as mobility, competency, career paths, performance, staffing, and demand.
