Job summary

Disney in Glendale, CA seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to three executives, including scheduling, travel, and expense reimbursements. The role requires discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.

You'll coordinate meetings, prepare reports and materials, and assist with special projects while maintaining strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On‑site, 4–5 days per week, bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in clerical or administrative roles within creative, organizational or related fields.
  • Must reside within commuting distance to Glendale, CA (onsite 4–5 days/week).
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills and display capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage up to three executives with excellent time management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with good judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to VP and Chief, Creation; and other executives.
  • Handle calls, schedule executives, coordinate travel itineraries, and manage expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare reports, archives, spreadsheets, and presentations; assist with special projects.
  • Maintain development plans and foster positive relationships; plan and coordinate events.
