No prior experience required; we provide fully paid training and mentorship from day one to ensure your success. You’ll support event execution, donor engagement, logistics, and volunteer coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required (college coursework in communications, marketing, hospitality, or non-profit management is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, public-facing personality.
• Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced event settings.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings and weekends during peak event schedules.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, retail, restaurant, or volunteer work is a major plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Event Execution: Support the end-to-end planning, setup, onsite management, and breakdown of charity events, fundraisers, and community initiatives.
• Donor & Attendee Engagement: Interact directly with event attendees, donors, and the general public to boost brand awareness and deliver the nonprofit’s mission.
• Logistics & Registrations: Handle event registration, sign-ups, donation tracking, and guest check-ins accurately and professionally.
• Volunteer Coordination: Help organize, guide, and support event volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Data & Feedback Collection: Monitor event attendance, gather public feedback, and compile basic insights to help optimize future campaign strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside event coordinators and non-profit partners to meet campaign and fundraising goals.
