Global Events, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant. This full-time role offers paid training, hands-on coaching, and the chance to learn event marketing, promotions, and customer service at live events.

You'll interact with attendees, donors, and community members, support event setup and campaigns, and develop communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach.
• Interact with customers, attendees, donors, and community members.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Share information about nonprofit programs and fundraising campaigns.
• Assist with event setup, activities, and breakdown.
• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations professionally.
• Help create a positive experience for event attendees.
