Job summary

The right candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and curious about how heavy civil work is priced and built, including production rates, crew builds, equipment spreads, and field constraints.

Qualifications

• Degree (or in progress) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of construction estimating, project engineering, or related field experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; willingness to learn Bluebeam and estimating software

Responsibilities

• Assist with takeoffs and plan review under the direction of an Estimator
• Support subcontractor and supplier outreach and organize pricing
• Assemble bid documents and track bid opportunities
