Job summary

Daniel DeMarco and Associates, an architectural millwork firm, seeks an Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates and support procurement. The role requires Excel proficiency, CAD and Adobe familiarity, and the ability to read architectural drawings.

You will work with Project Managers and stay highly organized in Amityville, NY. This in-person position is a contract-to-full-time role with salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating: 1 year (Required).
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Must be organized, with good time management and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Excel spreadsheets for estimates and assist Project Managers.
• Create purchase orders and support procurement activities.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings to support bids.
