We're hiring a Junior Estimator to learn the estimating process from the ground up — takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid assembly — while supporting our Estimators and Preconstruction team on active pursuits.
The Junior Estimator supports the estimating team through takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid assembly, learning the estimating process from the ground up under the direction of an Estimator or Preconstruction Manager.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and genuinely curious about how heavy civil work is priced and built — production rates, crew build-ups, equipment spreads, and field constraints.
You will work closely with Estimators and the Preconstruction team to support active bid pursuits.
