Reports To Operations Leadership
S.E.T., Inc. is a growing heavy civil contractor specializing in highway, bridge, and infrastructure construction across Ohio and surrounding states. As a $100M+ contractor, we are focused on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and building strong internal systems to support long-term expansion.
We're hiring a hands-on Construction Field Support & Logistics Manager to oversee the daily movement, organization, and readiness of equipment, tools, materials, and support resources for our field crews.
This is not a truck-driving or mechanic position. The focus is construction operations, equipment coordination, yard organization, purchasing, crew support, and problem-solving.
The selected candidate will train directly with our retiring Field Support Manager, who has more than 30 years of company and equipment knowledge.
Required
Applicants must have experience supporting construction operations — experience limited primarily to commercial driving or equipment repair will not meet the requirements of this position.
Preferred
The right candidate understands how construction crews operate, stays ahead of daily needs, and takes ownership of keeping people, tools, materials, and equipment organized and ready for the field.
