Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Blue Ash, OH, is seeking a Junior ERP Project Manager to support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and technology initiatives.

Junior ERP Project Manager

Vaco is hiring a Junior ERP Project Manager for a direct hire role.

This role will support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and technology initiatives across the organization.

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of project management experience who can keep projects organized, drive accountability, and work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP and technology projects from planning through delivery
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and action items
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management or project coordination experience
• ERP project experience is required
• Experience supporting technology implementations or enterprise systems projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track

Preferred

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms
• Consulting, professional services, or client-facing project experience
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certifications are a plus
