Job summary

Toeroek Associates, Inc. is seeking a junior-level Environmental Analyst to support EPA and other government agencies in environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement programs.

The analyst will work as part of a team to research and compile evidence to characterize contamination and identify PRPs at hazardous waste sites. Responsibilities include drafting evidence summaries, reviewing lab data, and preparing title reports while collaborating across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Hybrid arrangements for Lakewood, CO and Concord, CA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist EPA and other government agencies with environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement programs.
• Research to identify PRP operations and disposal practices; compile evidence and data.
• Draft evidence summary reports on PRP operations and disposal practices.
• Review laboratory data and summarize key findings for CERCLA liability analyses.
• Review real property titles and prepare ownership history tables.
• Input data and manage databases; translate research into charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
