CDM Smith is seeking an entry‑level Environmental, Water Resources, or Civil Engineer to join our Water Services Group. This role offers recent graduates a path to apply engineering skills on water and wastewater projects, building a strong foundation for their career.

You will support planning, design, and implementation of facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure, working with experienced engineers to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• 0 years. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Travel up to 10% or less may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design and implementation of water and wastewater facilities, sewer systems and pipelines.
• Work with senior engineers to develop solutions meeting client needs and regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation and client presentations.
• Use ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD and Excel to support design work.
• Collaborate with project teams across lifecycle stages; participate in fieldwork and construction activities.
