CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Environmental, Water Resources, or Civil Engineer to join our Water Services Group. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering; travel up to 10%.
• Entry-level role supporting water and wastewater projects.
• Experience with ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting site assessments, water quality analyses, and engineering modeling.
• Developing and adjusting design parameters based on project needs.
• Preparing technical reports, project documentation, and client presentations.
• Using ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, and Excel to support engineering and design work.
• Collaborating with engineers and project teams across the project lifecycle.
• Participating in fieldwork and construction management activities, providing hands-on experience beyond the office.
