Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Five years of combined experience in a skilled trade related to the engineering discipline or prior Assistant to Engineer Jr experience.
• Pass EEI TECH test and demonstrate core skills in safety and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for civil, electrical, environmental, mechanical or other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare field layouts, prints and work orders for projects in the assigned area.
• Perform tests and analyses (load, voltage, emissions, flow, etc.) related to projects.
• Coordinate with survey crews and advise customers, contractors and vendors.
• Initiate right-of-way and easement requests; perform field checks for conformance.
