Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field (required) or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience as an engineering technician (required).
• Background checks and drug testing required by CTI.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel full-time.
• Experience with government projects or highly regulated environments (preferred).
• Certifications in equipment operation or safety (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technical tasks supporting engineering projects, including tests and data collection.
• Assist engineers in preparing schematics, blueprints, and reports.
• Oversee assembly, installation, and testing of systems and prototypes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced equipment and ensure calibration.
• Lead fieldwork activities like surveys and inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on-site or in lab.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
