  • Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure at customer locations.
  • Perform equipment staging, imaging, testing, and pre-configuration for project implementation.
  • Travel nationwide to customer sites for installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Work alongside Senior Engineers during onsite and remote project deployments.
  • Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for networking, wireless, and security technologies.
  • Interact directly with customers and maintain client relationships.
  • Document installation activities, service work, and project progress.
  • Prepare site reports, project documentation, and customer-facing deliverables.
  • Manage assigned tasks, maintain project schedules, and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and technical issues to Senior Engineers and project managers.
  • Use testing and diagnostic equipment to verify system functionality and performance.
