Job summary

CBRE Energy Manager (Entry Level) oversees the development and execution of energy management programs across multiple facility types. You will analyze data, craft sustainability plans, and support resilience initiatives within the Energy and Sustainability function.

You will collaborate with teams, present status reports, and help integrate procurement knowledge with CBRE's platform. A degree with relevant experience and strong Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sustainability consulting for multiple facility types to help meet goals.
• Identify basic operational improvements through energy and sustainability initiatives.
• Support sustainability goals and implement energy resilience strategies.
• Review energy and sustainability data and reports.
• Integrate energy procurement knowledge with the global sustainability platform.
• Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
