Job description

We are currently seeking a Labor & Employment Lawyer to work on a remote or hybrid basis with some of the world’s largest companies across various industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with and advise business clients directly, providing guidance and practical solutions for corporate policies.
2. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience counseling clients on employment and labor law issues, conducting investigations, drafting responses to administrative charges, handling reductions in force, and developing employment handbooks, policies, and procedures.
2. Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
3. Experience managing complex projects.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Active bar license for the state in which you reside.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience at a Fortune 500 company.
2. Awareness of federal and state legislation, rules, regulations, and industry trends.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
4. Client-service and commercial orientation.
5. Exceptional academic and law firm credentials.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a starting salary of $115,000 and a competitive benefits package, including health benefits, 401K, and more. Axiom provides access to professional development resources and learning programs. The majority of work is remote, with some on-site requirements depending on client needs.
