Duties
  1. Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients to evaluate claims and provide consultations
  2. Draft administrative complaints, pleadings, court filings, and legal correspondence
  3. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  4. Perform legal research and write memos supporting case strategies
  5. Manage assigned litigation cases under partner supervision, ensuring timelines and updates are maintained
  6. Participate in settlement discussions and opposing counsel communications
  7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work environment
  8. Support client development and networking activities as needed
Requirements
  1. UBE score of at least 270 required
  2. Candidates awaiting recent UBE results may be considered with a law school GPA of 3.5+
  3. Must be admitted to the bar or willing to pursue admission in a New England state or New York (firm support provided)
  4. Must have a private, professional, and quiet home office setup for remote work
  5. Must include law school and undergraduate GPA in application
  6. Must list all bar exams taken and corresponding UBE scores
  7. Relocation plans must be explained in cover letter if currently outside eligible states
