Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Marlborough, MA to support the Radar Product Line. This onsite role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

You will design, code, test, and document software solutions in C/C++, C, or Java, participate in design reviews, and work with engineering teams to deliver embedded and real‑time software products. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience or education with software development.
• Experience with C++, C, Java or similar higher level programming language.

Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.
• Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.
• Participate in internal review of software components and systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and other professionals within Engineering.
• Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.
