Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, hands-on prototyping, and the ability to travel for manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or related field with minor in Electrical Engineering
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Excellence in written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze control systems and electronic assemblies
• Develop PCB designs and support firmware
• Develop, release, and revise electrical drawings and schematics
• Ensure designs are safe, manufacturable, reliable, and cost-effective
• Perform inspections, verification, and validation testing
• Travel to domestic and international contract manufacturers as needed for product launches
• Comply with safety rules and report incidents promptly
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Pride departments to exceed expectations
