Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation in the United States seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and improve electronic control systems and mentor Junior Engineers and Technicians, aligning with SPARC initiatives.

You will develop PCBs and firmware, create electrical drawings, validate designs, and ensure safety and manufacturability while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Travel for product launches is required.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze control systems and electronic assemblies
Develop Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and support firmware designs
Develop, release, and revise electrical drawings and schematics
Ensure designs are safe, effective, manufacturable, reliable, and that SPARC initiatives are met
Perform inspections, verification, and validation testing
Meet and fulfill project timelines and budgets
Travel to domestic and international contract manufacturers as needed for product launches
Lead by example and assist in the training and development of Junior Electrical Engineers and Technicians
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
