Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to successfully obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops applicable).
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as MATLAB and Python.
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of electrical and computer engineering systems, including hardware, embedded systems, and networked solutions.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including schematics, interface control documents, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems and software engineers.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of system-level issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across engineering processes and tools.
• Use standard engineering processes to carry out assignments associated with research, design, development or analysis of specific parts, components, interfaces, or minor phases of a project.
• Assist higher level engineers and translate technical guidance and data received into usable information applicable to the assignment.
• Plan, direct and coordinate engineering functions involved in the design and development, installation, testing, validation and integration of systems and subsystems.
• Conduct research studies necessary for the improvement or reconfiguration of systems or subsystems.
• Serve as the customer interface and organizational consultant on significant issues requiring technical guidance, redirection or resolution.
• Assist in compiling and preparing comprehensive technical reports and proposals; may participate as a team member of multiple teams; may act as primary intra-organizational liaison.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
