Job summary

You will provide ongoing functional analysis to validate mission requirements and monitor performance. The role emphasizes technical advisory support to the customer and cross-functional teamwork to drive mission-critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops applicable).
• Familiarity with MATLAB and Python.
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of electrical and computer engineering systems, including hardware, embedded systems, and networked solutions.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including schematics, interface control documents, and test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems and software engineers.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of system-level issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across engineering processes and tools.
• Use standard engineering processes to carry out assignments related to research, design, development or analysis of specific parts.
• Assist higher level engineers and translate technical guidance into usable information.
• Plan, direct and coordinate engineering functions involved in design, development, installation, testing, validation and integration of systems.
• Conduct research studies necessary for improvement or reconfiguration of systems.
• Serve as the customer interface and organizational consultant on significant issues.
• Assist in compiling and preparing comprehensive technical reports and proposals; may participate as team member.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
