The role emphasizes structured schedule analyses, risk incorporation, and regular interface with government personnel and prime contractors. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in schedule duties, proficiency with MS Project and MS Office, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of DoD schedule analysis experience.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Milestones Professional, and Government programs.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, business, or sciences.

Responsibilities

• Review Integrated Master Schedules and identify opportunities to condense or simplify schedule detail.
• Identify methods for creating and developing a critical path.
• Generate summary views for presentation.
• Stress test schedules and explore opportunities for analysis to demonstrate robustness.
• Incorporate risks into schedules and perform schedule risk assessments.
• Analyze actual vs. baseline durations and progress; review contractor reports; conduct critical path analysis.
• Possibly perform schedule estimating and projection analysis; interface with government personnel and prime contractors daily.
