Job summary

Tecolote is seeking a schedule analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Dahlgren Division. You will develop, maintain and present integrated project schedules, perform risk assessments and analyze schedule variance.

Work closely with government and contractor teams to gather data, produce reports, and support earned value and forecasting activities. A Bachelor's degree is required; DoD clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in schedule development, analysis, integration and management including milestones, tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies and resources.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Project Server, or similar schedule tools.
• Working knowledge of critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team/collaborative environment.
• Active DoD Secret clearance preferred; candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of schedule analysis duties for NSWCDD.
• Plan, develop, maintain, analyze and present integrated project schedules.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and evaluate schedule progress against plan.
• Perform schedule estimating and earned value and project forecasting.
• Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to gather data and present analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD development programs and processes.
