Job summary

Tecolote is seeking a Schedule Expert to lead cost/schedule integration and deliver advanced analyses for proposals and baselines. The SME Schedule Analyst will liaise with SEI, SETA Integrators, and government leads, directing complex schedule development and forecasting for launch-vehicle programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 15+ years of relevant DoD/NASA experience, with expert use of MS Project, Steelray, and DCMA methods. On-site position with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, math, or sciences is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in schedule development, analysis, and management with DoD/NASA or related contractors.
• Extensive experience with MS Project, Project Server, or similar tools.
• Expert knowledge of critical path, schedule quality, and execution metrics.
• Proficiency with Steelray Project Analyzer and DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
• Strong MS Office skills and executive communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct development, integration, publishing, and analysis of complex schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison between government leads and team members.
• Advise executives on program performance, forecasting, and baselines.
• Gather data with government and contractor personnel for advanced schedule analysis.
• Lead Schedule Risk Assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Develop curricula and conduct training for schedulers.
• Provide strategic recommendations on BEI, CEI, SPI, and program trends.
