You will work with teams in the US and India, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and runbooks, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. This early-career role offers hands-on experience with production systems and mentorship in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of related work, internships or early roles.
• Working knowledge of Linux, networking, and infra troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming (Python/Go/Bash).
• Exposure to containers, CI/CD, cloud infra, or automation.
• Strong communication across teams and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage shared platform services for engineering teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, workflows, observability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to enable new capabilities and workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure on‑premises and AWS; respond to incidents.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call across US and India.
