Job summary

Arm is seeking dedicated Software and DevOps engineers to join the team in Austin, Texas. You will own technical deliveries from requirements to delivery, participate in on-call incident response, and help improve the engineering experience for Arm's software and hardware teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with CI/CD, cloud-based services, and infrastructure as code, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to enable scalable, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in DevOps
• Background in software development and build
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python/Java/Golang/C/C++)
• Experience with Cloudbees CI or Jenkins pipelines
• Containerisation with Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD
• Experience with Linux-based infrastructure build, provisioning, and maintenance
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools

Responsibilities

• Hands-on with a variety of technologies to provide an outstanding engineering experience for Arm's engineers
• Deliver software builds and test solutions using CI/CD
• Develop services using SaaS, cloud-based environments, and large-scale clustered compute
• Exploit virtualization and cloud tech using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Contribute to engineering efficiency and developer experience across Arm
