Qualifications

• 2+ years AWS experience or AWS Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years Linux systems administration experience.
• Strong scripting skills – Python / Bash.
• Experience with Cloud Networking and Security.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Experience with DNS and web server configurations.
• Ability to use AI to learn large codebases quickly.
• Knowledge of Gitlab, Terraform and CDK for infra automation.
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring and verify integrity and availability.
• Tune performance, upgrade infrastructure, and optimize resources.
• Provision and configure hardware and services per standards.
• Develop automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Provide Tier II support and troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base and docs.
• Influence broader tech groups to adopt cloud best practices.
• Propose solutions to grow the business and delight clients.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
