Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• Recommended 1+ years working with a scripting language like Python.
• Recommended 1+ years working with a configuration management tool like Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful deployment of CDN hardware into production.
• Support teams who use the CDN to deliver content such as IP Linear, VOD, cloud DVR, and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to create and enforce SLOs and SLIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and application issues within the CDN.
• Design and develop new tools and applications to automate existing pipelines.
• Be involved in on-call duties as necessary.
