The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Windows endpoint support, strong scripting in PowerShell, and the ability to work across distributed teams while adhering to governance processes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Windows endpoint support experience.
• Foundational Intune and Entra ID skills.
• Ability to document technical work and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with automation, metrics, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Support device enrollment and compliance.
• Assist with policy deployments and document incidents.
• Monitor deployment status and escalate complex issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and Graph proficiency.
