AbbVie’s Immunology R&D Dermatology Discovery team at the Cambridge Research Center is seeking a Scientist to contribute to identifying novel therapeutics for inflammatory skin diseases. The role focuses on in vitro models with human translation, employing transcriptomics and multi-omics alongside wet-bench experiments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in biological sciences.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Sterile cell culture using cell lines, primary human and murine cells.
• Process and analyze ex-vivo human tissues for disease-relevant endpoints.
• Perform analyses using flow cytometry, qPCR, protein analyses (ELISA, MSD, multiplex), Western blotting, and microscopy.
• Develop and implement assays that monitor cellular processes.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and present findings.
