The role combines in vitro models with human tissue analyses, requiring careful experimental design, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration with biology and translational science teams to advance therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, immunology or other biological sciences with 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of experience is desirable.
• Builds strong relationships and works cross-functionally to enable high performance.
• Learns quickly and drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Sterile cell culture (cell lines and primary human and murine cells).
• Process and analyze ex-vivo human tissues for disease-relevant endpoints.
• Perform analyses using flow cytometry, qPCR, and protein assays (ELISA, MSD, multiplex).
• Western blotting and microscopy to support mechanistic studies.
• Develop and implement assays monitoring cellular processes.
• Analyze data with statistical methods and communicate findings.
