Job summary

SEI is seeking a Service Analyst I in Oaks, PA to support prospective and current investors and financial intermediaries. You will handle inbound calls, assist with dealer agreements, and contribute to ongoing team initiatives and training.

Required: B.S./B.A in Business or related field, 1 year experience, FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days; Excel and SharePoint experience are a plus. This role emphasizes client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year industry related experience; contact center or brokerage experience a plus.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with Excel and SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound call and correspondence requests.
• Assist in the dealer agreement process.
• Participate in periodic Dealer and Investor Services team initiatives, projects, and training.
• Keep current with industry knowledge to effectively communicate with investors and intermediaries.
