Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to distill complex topics into decision-ready materials.
• Experience in investment product, asset management, fund operations, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development and launch of new investment products across public and private markets.
• Maintain project plans, launch timelines, milestones, and surface risks requiring escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and distribution teams.
• Prepare product overviews, talking points, analyses, and launch updates for the team and broader organization.
• Assist commercialization efforts including collateral review, RFP responses, and field enablement.
