Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and/or investment services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Heavy interaction with internal and external clients via phone, email and in person in a professional manner.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships through proactive service.
• Educate the client and assist in implementing best practices to use Middle Office products and services.
• Interpret monetary requests to determine the correct course of action with high-net-worth clients.
• Develop an understanding of IRS retirement account processing rules for IRAs and Qualified Plans.
• Identify processing issues to ensure accurate completion of requests and provide value-added servicing.
• Develop understanding of AML, Privacy Act and Patriot Act compliance; apply rules during client requests.
• Participate in departmental projects to improve processes and systems.
