Job summary

SEI is seeking an Associate to join the Investment Product Development pillar in Oaks, PA. You will drive end-to-end development of new investment products, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support filings, documentation, and commercialization for both public and private markets.

You will gain exposure to legal, compliance, operations, distribution, and marketing, building deep expertise across diverse investment vehicles while advancing products from concept to launch and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment product, asset management, fund operations, consulting, or related services.
• Working knowledge of investment products and vehicles.
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational environment for registered products.
• Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to distill complex topics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development and launch of new investment products across public and private markets.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk surface; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and distribution teams on registrations and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and meetings; track decisions and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research on fee structures and product structures; translate findings into recommendations.
• Prepare product overviews, talking points, comparisons, and launch updates.
• Assist commercialization efforts with collateral reviews, RFP responses, and field enablement.
• Contribute to ongoing management of existing products, performance, and lifecycle enhancements.
