Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong PowerPoint to create professional decks.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking and summaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support project tracking, timelines, and follow-up items for the Data team.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint decks and Excel trackers for leadership.
• Track action items, owners, deadlines, and status updates.
• Support light calendar coordination and meeting scheduling.
• Take meeting notes and summarize decisions and next steps.
• Assist with basic time tracking and budgeting tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and internal references.
• Communicate priorities clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to technology leadership as needed.
