Job summary

Logicalis seeks a Project Coordinator to support IT Professional Services projects in the Phoenix/Tempe area. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and document project activity in line with PMO and RMO procedures.

Role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, an Associate degree or higher in business/PM/IT, and strong written/verbal communication. Office-based position with local Phoenix/Tempe office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (or higher) in Business Management, Project Management, or Information Technology preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience with knowledge of project management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard PMO tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and schedules for IT projects.
• Process engagements in PSA software including contracts and changes.
• Assist with tracking subcontractor SOWs and project documentation.
• Escalate issues to PMO Manager for resolution when needed.
