Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking a Junior Associate, Data Product Development to help translate business needs into data product initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to support development, launch, and operations of data products that enhance customer, dealer, and partner experiences.

This role provides exposure to connected vehicle data, APIs, data commercialization strategies, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Available from November 2026 to October 2027.
• In-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 28 hours.
• Project management experience leading projects with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in an agile environment.
• Strong customer and target oriented thinking.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• 3rd party agency/vendor relationship coordination experience.
• Flexibility to pivot as scopes change.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support data product development and rollout.
• Gather, document, and analyze business, customer, and market needs.
• Support data governance, compliance, legal reviews, and data release processes.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Work with internal tech and legal teams and external partners.
• Monitor product usage and operational metrics for improvements.
• Support customer onboarding, documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Build knowledge of Mercedes-Benz USA data, APIs, and data commercialization strategies.
