Mercedes-Benz USA invites applications for a 12-month Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) to support the Network Strategy team in shaping the retail network. You will conduct research, analyze data, and prepare executive-ready presentations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across functions and global teams.

The role provides hands-on exposure to dealer network operations, performance management, and strategic project implementation, with a hybrid work model and weekly-hour

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Management, Business Administration, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing Communications or a related discipline.
• Available for the full 12-month assignment and able to work within the applicable hybrid and weekly-hour requirements established for the JAC program.
• Authorized to work in the United States in accordance with company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Representation and Network Innovation studies and prepare data-driven insights.
• Analyze dealer network performance using KPIs and create management summaries.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and present analyses to internal stakeholders.
• Develop reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track network performance.
• Research industry trends and opportunities for network growth and optimization.
