Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA’s MB Academy Retail Training team seeks a Junior Associate Consultant (Intern) to translate complex vehicle tech into short, engaging learning videos for dealers and customers. You will script, record, edit, and publish content, aligning with brand standards, and collaborate across Product Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Legal to validate materials.

This year-long internship targets recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, marketing, automotive technology, instructional design, business, or a related field.
• Recent university graduate or early-career professional with relevant academic, internship, portfolio, or project experience.
• Strong knowledge of or demonstrated passion for automotive products and vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Contact department to review recurring customer questions, complaints, and DTU topics related to vehicle features and technologies.
• Identify and prioritize customer education opportunities based on frequency, customer impact, product relevance, and potential value to the dealer network.
• Translate complex automotive and product technology into clear, accurate, and customer-friendly explanations.
• Plan, script, record, edit, and publish short-form educational video content, including quick tips, feature demonstrations, how-to videos, and product technology explainers.
• Adapt content for appropriate digital and social formats while maintaining Mercedes-Benz brand standards, voice, and visual guidelines.
