Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking a Junior Associate, Data Product Development to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of data products and services that improve the customer, dealer, and partner experience.

In this role you will translate business needs into actionable initiatives, work with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive data-driven solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Undergrad – Rising Juniors and Seniors Any business major or related discipline or Graduate preferred in Marketing, Business, Project Management majors and concentrations.
• Availability from November 2026 to October 2027.
• In-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 28 hours maximum; core hours 10 AM - 3 PM.
• Project management experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Customer and target oriented thinking; strong self-motivation and organization; agile environment.
• 3rd party agency/vendor relationship coordination experience.
• Flexibility to pivot as scopes change.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support development and rollout of data products and digital services.
• Gather, document, and analyze business, customer, and market needs for new data product opportunities.
• Support data governance, compliance, legal review, and data release processes.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, reports, and recommendations for data product initiatives and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with internal technology and legal teams and external partners to support implementation, testing, issue tracking, and launch readiness.
• Monitor product usage, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvements.
• Support customer onboarding, documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Build working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz USA connected vehicle data, APIs, digital services, and data commercialization strategies.
