Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Business, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing Communications or a related discipline.
• Available for the full 12-month assignment and able to work within the applicable hybrid and weekly-hour requirements for the JAC program.
• Authorized to work in the United States in accordance with company requirements.
• Prior internship, academic project, leadership activity, or work experience in business, analytics, strategy, project management, automotive, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of retail strategy and dealer network initiatives.
• Conduct research, data collection, and prepare executive-ready presentations.
• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze dealer performance using KPIs and market data.
• Develop reporting, scorecards, and management summaries for decisions.
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable recommendations for the network.
